LiveTextAccess (LTA) is an EU-funded project that tackles the current need of an open-source certified training program with harmonised competence-based modules and quantified credits for higher educational (ECTS) and vocational (ECVETS) training.

At the event, LTA partners will report on the first step towards the curriculum, namely, the creation of skills cards. Their structure in common-core competence areas for the profession and specific ones for the two selected profiles, respeakers and velotypists, will be presented. The rationale and design of the resulting modular curriculum will be explained.

The event program also includes speeches that will approach cutting-edge topics in the field from different perspectives, be they the view of the end-users, trainers or practitioners. During the networking sessions, participants will have the opportunity to exchange their views and ideas on current developments.

Speech-to-text translation will be provided at the event.
