The MBA in International Business Management at the International University SDI München is a three-semester full-time programme designed to develop future leaders in international business. This advanced, practice-oriented degree equips students with strategic, financial, and digital competencies, preparing them for leadership roles in globally operating organizations. The programme emphasizes intercultural competence, entrepreneurial thinking, and ethical leadership, blending academic rigour with hands-on project work and real-world simulations.

Programme
The MBA programme is structured over three semesters (90 ECTS) and consists of 10 modules, including one specialization module and a final master’s thesis. Students may choose between two specialization tracks: Strategic Management or Intercultural Leadership. Since the degree programme is taught in English, knowledge at level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required.

Includes advanced strategy concepts and a business simulation. Students engage intensively with complex decision-making scenarios and learn to develop strategic measures under realistic conditions. Practical simulations foster a deep understanding of entrepreneurial thinking and long-term planning.
Focuses on ethical leadership, stakeholder management, and case-based learning in intercultural contexts. Students analyse real-world challenges from diverse cultural perspectives and develop responsible solutions. The aim is to strengthen leadership skills that are both values-driven and adaptable to global contexts.

Frequently asked questions
To apply, you only need proof or a certificate that you have already completed or will soon complete a Bachelor's degree programme. The specialisation does not matter.
In addition, you need proof of at least one year of relevant professional experience for admission to the degree programme.
The following language skills are also required for the programme:
- English: B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
If you have obtained your higher education entrance qualification in Germany, the required language skills are generally automatically proven with your degree.

All courses are taught in English. Students are encouraged to participate in mobility programmes (e.g. Erasmus+). International case studies and teaching teams promote global competence.
