Student testimonials

The Master’s as Digital Media Manager was the best choice for me to have all the opportunities to gain a foothold in the digital world. In cooperation with renowned companies, we worked on real projects and simulated future everyday working life. Professors and lecturers from the industry support you at all times and especially during the final Master’s thesis. The International University stood out to me due to the small study groups with many international fellow students and its familiar environment!

Isabelle, graduate

The university is like a family. I was always able to have personal exchanges about my ideas with all the lecturers, developing my own thoughts in the process. Teamwork with fellow students also prompted me to come up with new ideas.

An intercultural background can be an advantage for this degree programme: It taught me to analyse media in terms of business models and to discuss strategies in the context of globalisation. As part of my final thesis, I conducted an analysis of TikTok in China and Germany and thus gained a deep understanding of the developments and trends in this exciting industry — digital media.
