The following rates apply exclusively to students, pupils and course participants at SDI München. Double or single occupancy is possible for all studio flats.

End-of-stay cleaning fee (one-off): € 100.00
The deposit depends on the rental period and ranges from 1 to 3 months’ rent.
Self-catering only (no breakfast or dinner provided). Breakfast can be purchased at SDI München’s bistro.
