As co-founder and Managing Partner at Projekt Philosophie, a small boutique consulting firm, established in 1991, Thomas Wilhelm is a pioneer of philosophical consulting.
Projekt Philosophie focuses on a value-based consulting approach in developing the human potential in small, mid-size and large, multi-national organizations.
Over the past three decades Thomas facilitated hundreds of customized workshops, he trained more than 10,000 managers, team leaders and professional experts in communication and leadership skills. He has a vast experience as a coach and often provides support as conflict mediator.
Thomas Wilhelm is author of several books on Communication, Argumentation, Business Ethics and Shared Leadership.
