Profile

Prof. Dr. Harald Henzler

I studied literature and philosophy, and worked for many years as a publishing and managing director and founded startups myself. I also consult companies on strategic development, coach start-ups and organize congresses concerning AI.

I am a professor at the International University SDI München because I appreciate the intercultural, personal exchange.

I'm interested in how information gets from A to B – and how digital media is decisively changing this process. AI is a game changer! I find the many possibilities and innovations stimulating. We live in an exciting time. And at the same time, we must be careful to use the opportunities responsibly, to manage them and not to become their plaything.
For me, media literacy today means that I know:

  1. which technologies work and how,
  2. which business models result from this,
  3. how digital marketing works and
  4. what role intercultural communication plays in this.

I love to learn every day, discussing the current topics of the day with my students, alumni and fellow professors! These times are challenging and fascinating at the same time!
