Prof. Clemens Lutsch

I have been working in the field of usability / user experience since 1994. My main topics are: Human-centered Strategy, Human-centered Design (HDC), HCD and Sustainability, UX Ethics, Professionalization, Strategic Information Architecture and UX Architecture, Innovation Management, and Organizational Development. I have been active in standardization (DIN/ISO) since 1996 and am also editor of several ISO standards. As a professor for Human-centered Strategy and User Experience, I am the course director for Intercultural Interaction Design and Information Architecture & Content Creation at the International University SDI Munich. I lead the accreditation body of UXPA International in the International Accreditation Program for UX Professionals.
