Welcome to our Career Services! We support you on your career journey throughout your vocational training or studies – and beyond as alumni.
In the Career Center, you will find current job opportunities, individual advice and helpful resources on applications, internships, career entry and career planning. Our Career Workshops help you develop important skills and define your professional goals.
At Alumni Talks, Career Cafés, company visits and Career Days, you can explore different professional fields, connect with alumni and companies, and expand your professional network.
We offer companies various opportunities to publish job vacancies, present themselves as practical partners, and connect with students and alumni of SDI München.

Career Center
The SDI Career Center, in cooperation with JobTeaser, supports students and alumni as they enter the world of work and plan the next steps in their careers.
As a student at SDI München, you can find internships in Germany and abroad, working student jobs and full-time positions. You can also view company profiles and register for events organised by SDI München or external providers. All you need to register is your email address.
As alumni, you can search for and post job vacancies, take part in events and share your professional experience with students at SDI München.

Workshops
Our Career Workshops support students and alumni in preparing specifically for the transition from studies into the world of work. They provide career guidance, strengthen career-relevant skills and help participants develop individual perspectives for their future career paths.
The programme includes job application training, career orientation workshops, intercultural training related to the German labour market, and sessions on mental health during studies and professional life.
The workshops are organised as part of the DAAD-funded FIT programme and are open to all students and alumni of SDI München. Further information and registration details are available on the FIT programme page.

Events
At Alumni Talks, Career Cafés, company visits and Career Days, you can explore a range of professional fields and career paths. Exchange ideas with alumni, industry experts and company representatives, gain first-hand insights and expand your professional network.
Whether you are still exploring your options or already pursuing specific career goals, our events provide space for fresh perspectives, personal connections and valuable contacts.
Digital Cultures at Work is SDI München’s Alumni Talk series. The conversations are streamed live on LinkedIn, with alumni sharing their career paths, professional fields and practical experience with the SDI community.
Who can join? Alumni and students from SDI are all warmly invited. Participants can also suggest their own topics or potential guests whose experience could enrich the discussions.
The SDI Alumni Community on LinkedIn also provides a space for alumni news, events, job opportunities and personal exchange.
At a Career Café, a company, organisation or professional association introduces itself directly at SDI München and provides information on fields of work and career entry opportunities. The focus is on personal interaction and individual questions. Our Virtual Company Insights offer the same format online – flexibly and regardless of location.

The annual Career Days are SDI München’s largest career event. As a company, you can present your organisation at an information stand and speak personally with students and alumni. In addition, you can provide practical insights into applications, career entry and career development through presentations.
Career Cafés offer you as a company the opportunity to present your organisation directly at SDI München in a personal atmosphere. Following a brief company presentation, the focus is on individual questions, personal exchange and getting to know prospective young professionals.
Alternatively, you can also introduce your company online through our Virtual Company Insights. This format offers the same opportunities to connect with our students – flexibly and regardless of location.
During company visits, you open your doors to students from SDI München. You present your areas of work, company culture, and entry-level opportunities and engage directly with future professionals.
As a sponsor of the Deutschlandstipendium, you support high-achieving and committed students at SDI München. The scholarship is jointly funded by private sponsors and the German federal government.
